You seem larger than life

Try to cover my face

When I failed in the fight

And have succumbed to my shame

But it’s only a speck 

To Your loving gaze

When I feel like a wreck 

Your mercy unfazed 

You remove it with ease

Much greater You are

You see the real me

And I see You’re not far

It’s all in my head

That I’m the worst of the worst

But a saint’s life ahead 

To a sinner at first

You love me more than I know

And this sin won’t change mind
